Hey There! I’m Amber and I’ve been struggling with anxiety since 2011. It comes in waves, and I’m happy to say that right now I’m feeling great! That hasn’t always been the case though. To help me through this process, my counselor suggested blogging as a form of therapy so that I may have a release. This is my attempt!

With becoming a mom, becoming a home owner, and just adulting in general, I feel like I have a lot that I can say. I’ll be taking you into my head with me! I’m sure sometimes I’ll be rambling and others you’ll be able to finally see why or where I’m coming from.

If you like what you’ve read or even if you don’t, I’d love to hear your feedback. My goal is to 1. give myself an outlet to free my 100 million mile an hour brain. 2.document all the newness in my life so that one day, I can look back and reminisce on the good, the bad, and the ugly. and 3. maybe, just maybe, help someone else who feels the same way. I am slowly learning that I am not alone and there are so many other women, moms, humans who struggle with same things I do. 

I’ve decided on The Worthy Momma so that I can have a constant reminder that I am Worthy. Worthy of being a wife. Worthy of being a mom. Worthy of being loved. And it is all thanks to Jesus!
